  • How long will my cookies stay fresh?
    All cookies come in individual heat sealed bags unless specified otherwise. They will stay good in their original food safe, heat sealed bags for up to two weeks. For extra protection, you can always store them in an airtight container or put them in the freezer.
  • Can you provide nut-free or gluten-free cookie options?
    Unfortunately, I cannot at this time. My cookies contain dairy, wheat, eggs and almond extract. While I do not use nut products my cookies, my kitchen is not a nut free zone.
  • Can I modify my order after it has been placed?
    We understand that sometimes plans change and modifications may be necessary. Generally, we will do our best to accommodate changes to your order as long as you give us enough notice. A week or two in advance is preferred. Please note that additional costs may be incurred based upon the level of detail and materials requested with the changes. If you would like to make any modifications to your order, please email us at and we will do our best to assist you. However, please keep in mind that we may not be able to make changes if the order has already been prepared or if the requested changes are not feasible. Thank you for understanding.
  • What if the date I need isn't available?
    We apologize for any inconvenience, but if the date you need is not available on our website, it means that we are already booked and cannot take more orders for that day. However, we do offer the option to place an order for an earlier available date and freeze the cookies until the day of your event. This way, you can still enjoy our delicious cookies on the day you need them. We encourage you to plan ahead and place your order as early as possible to ensure availability.   • What if I want to order a larger quantity?
    We're thrilled that you're interested in ordering more of our delicious cookies! If you're looking to order a larger quantity than what is available in our store, we recommend visiting our Custom Order Request tab. There, you can submit a request for a larger order and we will do our best to accommodate your needs. We look forward to hearing from you and providing you with even more of our tasty treats!
  • What if I don't see the theme I want for my event?
    If you don't see the theme you want in our available options, we encourage you to visit our Custom Order Request tab to request a specific design. We love working with our customers to create unique and personalized cookie sets that fit your needs and vision. Just provide us with as much information as possible, including the theme, colors, and any specific details you want included. Our team will do our best to create a one-of-a-kind cookie set just for you.
  • Can you ship your cookies?
    We apologize, but at this time we do not offer shipping for our cookies. Our products are only available for local pickup. If you have any other questions, please feel free to email us at Thank you for understanding!
  • Where do I pick up my order?
    A receipt will be sent to your email with the pick-up address, which is located at my residence in Hampton, VA. Please make sure to check your email before coming to pick up your order to ensure that you have the correct address.
