Q: How do I place an order?

Q: How much are your cookies?

A: Please see the Prices and Booking Procedures tab.

 

Q: How much notice do I need to give for ordering cookies?

A: For custom cookies it's usually not too early. I tend to book weeks, if not months, in advance. If you have any questions about availability please check that tab and then fill out an order request. I do need a minimum of two weeks notice for custom cookie orders. Orders requested after the two week notice time period may be subjected to a rush fee (if there is any availability).

 

Q: Can I get 12 different designs in a set?

A: No, I usually limit the number of designs to 3-4 per dozen but that really depends.

 

Q: Can you provide nut-free or gluten-free cookie options?

A: Unfortunately, I cannot at this time. My cookies contain dairy, wheat, eggs and almond extract. While I do not use nut products my cookies, my kitchen is not a nut free zone. 

 

Q: How long will my cookies stay fresh?

A: All cookies come in individual heat sealed bags unless specified otherwise. They will stay good in their original food safe, heat sealed bags for up to two weeks. For extra protection, you can always store them in an airtight container or put them in the freezer.

 

Q: Can you ship your cookies?

A: My cookies are for local pick-up only in the Hampton, VA area.

 

Q: When is payment due?

A: Custom Cookie payment is due within 48 hours of an invoice being sent. Cookie orders are not booked until a deposit is placed (on larger orders) or paid in full. Holiday set payments are due at the time of purchase.
